Magical Shrooms, MYR 34 (Top) & Smoked Duck Delight, MYR 42 (Bottom)
Loved the combination of turkey bits (it was originally beef), mushrooms, truffles and cream sauce! I'm not exactly a fan of cream-based sauce when it comes to pasta/spaghetti but this sauce is light and flavourful. Definitely doesn't leave me feeling 'jelak'!
My friend, on the other hand, found the combination of her Smoked Duck Delight a bit on the salty side. Nevertheless, served with sauteed mushroom, fresh salad vegetables and braised radish, this plate is as savoury as it can get!
We paired our mains with red wine but I will leave it up to the experts to decide as I'm a wine noob. So I shall just stick to commenting on my food instead. #foodisbae #foodislife #spoiltwithgoodfood
